Manufacturing of shogazi natural latex mattresses
Shogazi Manufacture’s natural mattresses consist of five components:
- 100% natural latex core
- pure wool
- wild silk
- bio cotton (kbA)
- Lenpur Green Soft
We obtain our latex pieces (Hevea Brasilensis) directly from the Small-Holdings caoutchouk farms, Malaysia.
Our stitching room procures pure wool from local stock.
The cotton used by our fabric producers derives from a controlled organic farming.
In our manufactory in Barer Strasse, Munich, we unite all these components for the production of our mattresses.
